We offer a 90-day return window, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Restocking Fee

A $5 restocking fee will apply to each returned order and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.

Refunds for Minimal Results

If you’ve used the product and seen limited results, we request documentation to ensure the product was given a fair trial. Here's what we’ll need:

  • Before & After Photos: Clear, dated photos showing the treated area at the start of use and after 90 days.
  • Usage Log: A record of your daily product application routine.
  • Required Documentation: Include proof of purchase, photos, the usage log, and a brief summary of your experience.

Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back your item. Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure about your item’s 
eligibility, reach out to us for assistance.


Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item after returning the original one.


EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused, with tags and original
packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
